i have been going to Nozawa for the last 9 years. Unfortunately, the resort has become so popular it tends to be overcrowded at times. It doesn't help that the resort has shut off a few skiing areas ie Kandahar slope is rarely open, the old mid area you can't use due to no lift out of there, and only black mogul runs to get out. Also, they never use the lifts on Karasawa anymore which was great for beginners. I really think the resort should look at putting a lift into mid-section so people can utilise it.
